At ADESA we pride ourselves on maintaining excellent communication with our clients and provide preliminary verbal assessments of properties prior to report delivery.

For projects that require wetland filling, ADESA completes permitting requirements including Nationwide or individual federal permitting, or for projects where only wetland buffers are impacted, completes State or county requirements.  

ADESA also conducts wetland mitigation services that include the design, construction, and monitoring of wetland mitigation projects and wetland banking projects.

ADESA is currently working to create the first Army Corps of Engineers-certified wetland mitigation bank in Pacific County Washington.  This mitigation bank will allow projects that require minor filling in Pacific County to move forward more rapidly and effectively.

ADESA personnel completed a wetland delineation for a developer near Arch Cape, Oregon that reduced planned fill across a wetland to less than 50 cubic yards, simplifying the permitting process and allowing a roadway to be built across a wetland area without mitigation.  

ADESA corrected an inaccurate wetland delineation produced by another consultant and designed a successful wetland mitigation project for a multi-lot coastal development on coastal southwestern Washington.
